This means the carrier will place the item at the curb/back of truck but is not responsible for in-home delivery, unloading, assembly, or disposal. The carrier will contact you via phone/email (using the number provided at checkout) 2-3 business days in advance to schedule within a 4-hour window during business hours (M-F). Someone 18+ must be present to sign. Estimated transit: 3-24 business days, varying by product and carrier track your order via the link sent post-shipment.
Customer Responsibilities:
