• All parts of the Pinball Machine are covered, excluding standard plastic, bumper post, rubber rings and wear & tear parts
• 1 Year Parts Warranty for home owners
• 90 Days warranty for business use customers

1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty

• Covers specified parts for one year from purchase
• Buyer must report defects to us within 10 days of discovery
• Defective products must be returned to Spider 360 Facility for inspection
• Warranty excludes misuse, alterations, or improper installation
• Spider 360's liability limited to repair, replacement, or refund

Limitation of Liability:

• Spider 360 not liable for incidental or consequential damages
• Maximum liability limited to purchase price of products
• Buyer's remedies limited to return or credit for nonconforming products

90-Day Warranty (Home Games) | 30-Day Warranty (PAC-MAN Products)

• 90 days warranty on home games
• 30 days warranty on PAC-MAN home products

Lifetime Warranty (Non-Transferable)

• Covers all non-consumable parts, hardware and structural integrity of BBO Poker Tables products
• Consumable materials like foam, layouts and armrests are excluded from the lifetime warranty as they are subject to normal wear and tear
• Replacement layouts and materials can be purchased on BBO Poker Tables' website
• The lifetime warranty is non-transferable

90-Day Electronics | 1-Year Cradle | Lifetime Playing Surface

• 90-day warranty on all electronic parts
• One-year warranty on the cradle
• Lifetime warranty on the polymer playing surface for the original owner
• Warranty service includes repair, upgrade or replacement of the product in case of any defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period

Exclusions:

• Shipping or transport damage
• Improper adjustment, maintenance or storage
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage resulting from neglect, misuse, accident, liquid spills, abuse, pets or mishandling

Important: Professional installation by a Champion-approved installer is necessary to keep the table's warranty intact. Champion Shuffleboard's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of a defective product and does not include incidental or consequential damages.

• 180-day warranty: Main PCB's, Computers & Motors
• 1-year warranty: All LCD monitor panels
• 90-day warranty: All other electronic and mechanical components
• 30-day warranty: All I.C.E. repairs and parts purchases
• Defective components will be replaced with new or factory refurbished components equal to OEM specifications

• Warranty covers major components for 1 year
• Warranty covers trackball and buttons for 90 days

30-Day Factory Defects | 1-Year Tables

• 30-day warranty against factory defects
• Tables have a 1-year limited warranty
• Warranty excludes misuse and customer-inflicted damage
• Assembled products taken "as is," unless damaged during shipping

1-Year Manufacturer Warranty

• 1-year manufacturer warranty provided by Killerspin
• Free replacement or parts for manufacturer defects within warranty
• 25% restocking fee for returns within warranty period
• Return accepted if in original packaging, undamaged, and unused

1-Year Electronics | 90-Day Guns & Guitars

• Electronic parts are covered by a one-year warranty
• Guns and guitars are covered by a 90-day warranty
• The warranty covers manufacturer's defects only

6-Month Factory Warranty

• Stern Pinball machines come with a 6-month factory warranty
• Warranty covers all new machines

1-Year Warranty

• All Tornado Foosball Tables come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase
• Warranty covers all parts, excluding consumables such as balls, and labor costs for repairs
• Damage resulting from abuse, misuse, or improper assembly is not covered under warranty
• Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims

1-Year Limited Warranty

• All Valley-Dynamo products come with a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase
• The warranty covers the cost of replacement parts needed to repair any defects covered by the warranty
• This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claims
