Returns and Refunds

ReturnsAll returns must be accompanied by a return authorization code (RAC). Items returned without a RAC will be refused, and no refund will be given. To receive an RAC, send an email to support@themancaveauthority.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. All returns must be requested within 90 days of receiving your order. All return requests are processed during standard business hours (M-F, 8am-5pm EST). Our evening and weekend staff will not have access to your order information.
All items must be returned with the original packaging intact and in undamaged condition. For non-defective items (e.g., change of mind), returns are accepted only if the item is unused, in original condition, and includes all accessories, manuals, and pieces. Items that experience shipping damage or arrive defective may not be returned for refund; instead, we reserve the right to repair, replace, or exchange the item at our discretion. Returns must be received (not just shipped) no more than 90 days from the date of delivery. Do not discard packaging until fully inspected, assembled, and tested per the instructions. Minor assembly is required—review the manual before use.
On approved returns, we offer a full refund of the item price less all shipping costs (including original and return shipping) and a 15% restocking and processing fee (to cover handling, inspection, and credit card fees). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item in acceptable condition. Partial refunds may apply for incomplete returns (e.g., missing parts). Custom, made-to-order products, digital downloads, and products with home installation are not eligible for return or refund—these sales are final once ordered (or installation has commenced for installed items).
Limited Warranty: All products are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty (details provided with shipment). We provide limited support for defects reported within 30 days of delivery, but we are not liable for consequential damages. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable law.
Order CancellationOrders may be cancelled with no penalty prior to processing and billing. Orders cancelled after billing but before shipping will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. If you would like to cancel and your order has shipped or has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a full refund minus all shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason at any time, including pricing errors (which will not be honored—we strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee against rare mistakes).
For your safety, we have a 2-week verification period for all payments (including checks, credit cards, and electronic transfers), and refunds cannot be processed during this period to ensure sufficient funds. We may pursue chargeback fees or collections for disputed payments.
Delays in shipping or delivery do not constitute grounds for cancellation, except in cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions beyond our control). Customer must provide a valid telephone number for the shipping carrier to contact before delivery. 
Purchase AgreementIt is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect the item for any freight damage or manufacturer’s defects and report to The Mancave Authority within 2 business days of delivery. Items damaged in shipping will be exchanged for another item at no cost to the customer only if the damage is notated on the delivery receipt with the shipping company at the time of delivery. Failure to notate voids this option. Do not discard boxes until you have assembled, inspected, and tested the product. Minor assembly of the products is required. Read the instruction manual before use.
Orders that are canceled prior to shipping will be assessed a 15% restocking fee to cover credit card or payment processing charges incurred by our company in good faith. Customers who cancel after an item has shipped will be charged for all shipping costs (initial shipping charges as well as return shipping fees), and a 15% restocking fee to cover costs. Though original shipping is included at no cost, canceled orders will be billed for all costs incurred by our company in good faith, including such original shipping costs.
Governing Law and Disputes: This policy is governed by the laws of South Carolina. Any disputes arising from purchases must first be addressed via email to support@themancaveauthority.com. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in Charleston, South Carolina under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and you waive the right to participate in class actions.
